limited breakfastwarm temperature
the air conditioning system seemed centralized i could not adjust it in my room the temperature remained too warm especially at night this was bothersome the breakfast options felt limited they mentioned it was subject to availability only after i arrived that was inconvenient i expected more transparency regarding breakfast service.

i got annoyed because the body cleanser dispenser in my shower was empty. i had to use shampoo to clean my body. the shower cubicle's drainage was also slow i had to pause so the water didn't flood the bathroom.
